Academy Del Sol is governed by a volunteer board of directors who serve Tucson families by setting policy, overseeing finances, and protecting our mission. Board meetings are open to the public.

Achieve Education Group (AEG)
Since April 2025, Academy Del Sol has partnered with Achieve Education Group — an Arizona-based education management organization committed to bringing fresh leadership, strong operational systems, and renewed focus to charter schools across the state. AEG works in service of the ADS board and mission, providing the back-office support and educational expertise that lets our campus teams focus on what matters most: students.

Educational Leadership
Curriculum support, instructional coaching, and best practices that help our teachers and students reach their potential at both Tucson campuses.

Each Academy Del Sol campus has its own dedicated leadership team — experienced educators who set the tone, support teachers, and build strong relationships with families. New campus leaders will be announced for the 2026-27 school year.
