The Arizona Public School Tax Credit lets you redirect a portion of your state tax bill to Academy Del Sol — at no additional cost to you. It’s a dollar-for-dollar credit, not a deduction. Even if you don’t have a child at ADS, you can still contribute.
Make Your AZ Tax Credit Donation to Academy Del Sol
Our online tax credit donation system is being finalized for the 2025-26 tax year. While we get it ready, you can still contribute directly. Contact our campus offices to make a donation by check or learn about other ways to give.
What You Need to Know
Here’s a quick breakdown of how the Arizona Public School Tax Credit works.
Anyone Can Donate
You don’t need to have a child at ADS to contribute. Any Arizona taxpayer can make a tax credit donation to our school.
Dollar-for-Dollar
Your donation reduces your AZ state tax owed by the same amount. If you donate $200 and owe $500, you now owe $300.
Designate to ADS
Funds support extracurricular programs at Academy Del Sol — Fine Arts, athletics, field trips, and student activities.
Save Your Receipt
We’ll provide an official receipt for your records. You’ll need it when filing your AZ state tax return (Form 322).
Share Your Time & Talent
Volunteers make ADS stronger — from helping in classrooms to supporting big events. There’s a role for every interest and schedule. Background checks may be required for direct student contact.
Classroom Helpers
Help teachers with reading groups, math centers, or art projects. Great for parents and grandparents who want to be close to the action.
Weekday Mornings · FlexibleLibrary Support
Shelve books, help students find their next favorite read, and keep our library running smoothly throughout the week.
Weekday Hours · FlexibleLunch & Recess
Help supervise during lunch periods or playground time. A fun way to spend an hour or two with kids during the day.

Help with concerts, art shows, performances, and special events that showcase ADS student work and bring our community together.

Score keeping, snack table, equipment setup, team transportation — our athletics program runs on volunteer power.

Join classes on field trips to museums, performances, parks, and other learning experiences. Background check required.

Concerts & Performances
Music recitals, choir concerts, and theater performances showcasing student work across all grade levels.
Art Shows
Gallery walks featuring student visual art, sculpture, and creative projects from across both campuses.
Athletics Games
Cheer on Firebirds and Roadrunner teams in basketball, soccer, volleyball, and other sports throughout the year.
Open Houses
Prospective families can come see ADS at scheduled open house events — meet teachers and explore the campus.
Family Celebrations
Cultural celebrations, community potlucks, and family nights that bring everyone together to celebrate our community.
8th Grade Graduation
Each spring, we celebrate our 8th graders moving on to high school — a meaningful tradition for the whole community.
