K-8 Uniform Policy
Dress Code & Uniform Standards
To foster a focused academic environment and cultivate a strong sense of school community, all K-8th grade students at Academy Del Sol are expected to adhere to the uniform standards outlined below. These standards apply at both the Star Valley and Roger Road campuses.

Embroidery & Vendor Requirements
All shirts worn as part of the official school uniform must feature the authorized Academy Del Sol embroidered logo. To ensure consistency in color and design, all embroidered apparel must be purchased exclusively from our approved vendors below.
Policy Note: No exceptions will be made regarding embroidery placement. Sourcing uniform items from unapproved external embroidery vendors is strictly prohibited.
Monday through Thursday
Daily Uniform Standards
Kindergarten through 8th grade, all students.
Boys
Uniform RequirementsPolo-style shirts (short or long sleeve) in white, burgundy, or black. Must feature the official, embroidered Academy Del Sol logo. Shirts must remain tucked in at all times.
Standard khaki pants.
A solid black belt must be worn at all times.
Solid black socks only.
Closed-toe tennis shoes in solid black or solid white only.
Stretchy fabrics, skinny jeans, or denim materials.
Girls
Uniform RequirementsPolo-style shirts (short or long sleeve) in white, burgundy, or black. Must feature the official, embroidered Academy Del Sol logo. Shirts must remain tucked in at all times.
Khaki pants, or skirts, dresses, and jumpers in khaki, burgundy, or burgundy plaid. Hemlines must be no shorter than 2 inches above the knee.
A solid black belt must be worn at all times when wearing uniform pants.
With pants: solid white socks only. With skirts, dresses, or jumpers: knee-high socks in solid white or burgundy, or tights in solid white or burgundy (optional).
Closed-toe tennis shoes in solid black or solid white only.
Stretchy fabrics, skinny jeans, or denim materials.
Fridays
Friday Dress Down Guidelines
Students may wear casual clothing on Fridays, provided all items meet the school’s modesty and safety standards.

- Casual shoes that are fully closed-toe and closed-back
✕ Strictly Prohibited
- Shorts of any kind
- Leggings, yoga pants, or tight athletic wear
- Ripped, frayed, or distressed jeans (even if skin is not showing)
- Crop tops, midriff-baring shirts, or spaghetti strap tops
- Sandals, flip-flops, backless shoes, and Crocs (banned at all times)

Compliance & Enforcement
Daily Monitoring
Uniform compliance is monitored daily by campus administration and staff.
Non-Compliance Protocol
If a student does not follow the dress code on any day of the week, including Friday Dress Down, parents and guardians will be contacted and asked to bring appropriate replacement clothing to the school.
Disciplinary Action
Repeated uniform infractions may subject the student to further disciplinary protocols as outlined in the Student Handbook.
Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians are responsible for ensuring that their student’s clothing fully meets all campus expectations before leaving for school each morning.
