How to File a Complaint
Academy Del Sol takes all family and community concerns seriously. We have an established process for raising concerns and complaints — and we always start with direct communication so we can resolve issues quickly.
Steps to File a Concern or Complaint
We recommend starting at the level closest to the concern. Most issues are resolved quickly when families talk directly with the people involved.
- Talk to your child’s teacher first. Most concerns about classroom matters, grades, or daily school life are best resolved through direct conversation with the teacher.
- Contact the campus office. If the concern isn’t resolved at the classroom level, reach out to your campus front office for help.
- Escalate to school leadership. For unresolved concerns, contact campus leadership or Achieve Education Group via info@academydelsol.com.
- Submit to the Board. Formal written complaints regarding board-level matters can be sent to board@academydelsol.com.
- Title IX or discrimination complaints. Contact our Title IX Coordinator at info@academydelsol.com or by phone at (520) 789-7731.
